This design concept explores the dynamic transformation of a simple cube into an engaging architectural experience. The cube's lower layers progressively peel away and unfold, creating a captivating ramp system for visitors. This unfolding gesture evokes the familiar action of dispensing sticky notes, a common domestic object, where the initial notes adhere and pull subsequent ones, leaving the remaining stack undisturbed. However, in this architectural adaptation, the unfolded ramp becomes the supporting structure for the seemingly untouched, solid mass of the cube above. This interplay of solid and void guides visitor circulation. Ascending the unfolded ramp, visitors are offered curated views of the surrounding context. This journey culminates in their entry into the denser, solid portion of the structure, where the focus shifts to the interior spatial experience. The compression of this interior space heightens the sense of arrival at the top-level observation deck. Here, the panoramic vista unfolds, offering a moment of expansive visual exploration. A key design feature lies in the dynamic nature of this transformation. While visitors perceive the solid cube externally, the unfolding ramp system permeates the entire interior, concealed from initial view. This creates a subtle yet powerful illusion, challenging perceptions and adding an element of surprise. The experience within contradicts the exterior reading, enriching the architectural narrative and prompting a deeper engagement with the building.
